| HRS – High Rating System |
 |
DLX Series dosing pumps (DLXB-MA/M model) have two operation modes: standard and HRS.
HRS (high rating system) is a patented concept that allows to extend operating range of dosing pump. When the operating pressure is being set (in the fixed range), a dosing pump controls performance automatically with the expected operating characteristics.
Dosing pump performance can be set in increment of 0,1 l/h. Compared with the standard mode High Rating Systems improves performance characteristics, increases the operating range by increasing the number of pulses and enables set performance to be adjusted at different pressures, at the same time avoiding volume fluctuations at different pressures, at the same time avoiding volume fluctuations at different pressures even the viscous liquids are used. |

| How the Dosing Pumps Work |
|
The operating principle of dosing pump is as follows: Teflon diaphragm is mounted on the piston (plunger) that is driven by the action of solenoid constant electromagnetic field. The pump head is pressurized when the piston is moving forward (under the action of electromagnetic field), the pump head is put under the pressure at the same time liquid is discharged through a discharge valve.
After the impact of the electromagnetic field piston is getting back to the primary position with the help of spring, at the same time water is picked up through a foot valve.
The operating principle is very simple: the pump does not require lubrication that makes service operation very easy.
With the materials that are used for pumps manufacturing dosing of corrosive liquids is possible.
