Flanged Impulse Water Meters

Flanged Impulse Water Meters

Technical Characteristics:

  • flanged impulse water meters (flow meters) for cold water;
  • cable with connector: 2 m;
  • standard construction:  1 impulse per 10 litres (except for models with the following flow rates: 60, 150 and 250 m3/h; setting the number of pulses is upon request);
  • upon additional request: 1 impulse per  2,5 litres; 1 c impulse per 5 litres; 1/25; 1/50; 1/100; 1/250; 1/500; 1/1000.

Application Range:
  • Water treatment;
  • Water purification;
  • Sugar production;
  • Production of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverage.

Note
1. Impulse water meters can work with maximal flow rate (Qmax) only for a short period of time. Flow tate is measured in cubic meters per hour; if the minimal flow rate in the system is lower than the nominal one, the operation will no correspond to the stated technical parameters.
2. The following pumps are applicable to water meters: DLX (B)-VFT/M, DLX(B)-MF/M, DLS-VFT, DL-PM, HD-VF, PB-VFT, BT-MF, and BTB-MF.
The installation of a water meter with one of the pumps mentioned above provides quality dosing and maintaining stable agent concentration, even if the flow rate is changed in the system.
3. The magnetic starter and moving reading contacts, which usually feature so called open installation, refer to the main parts of the impulse water meter; every starter’s moving closes the contacts. The number of impulses is proportional to the flow rate in the system; it is set on the plant and is written on the label which is placed on the meter housing.
  • max. capacity: 10 Wt;
  • max. current: 0.2 À;
  • max. voltage: 30
